E-Shop Policies

  • Please ensure the recipient’s address and contact details are correct before completing the transaction with our HYY online shop.
  • Customs duties, taxes and fees are payable by the recipients at the rate subject to the destination country and customs regulations of the destination country.
  • The buyer shall bear possible full loss if the products are refused entry, confiscated, damaged and returned due to failure of customs clearance. No cash refund or replacement product or delivery charges will be given under these circumstances.
  • Expected delivery date shall be 5 – 7 working days upon order placed.
  • No cancellation of order once the online transaction is completed.
  • Returns of unopened saleable condition units shall be made in writing to info@icm.com.hk with the invoice number. All returns must be made within 30 days of purchase date. No refund of delivery charges will be given in any circumstances. The consumers will be responsible for the return postage and transaction fee.
  • HYY (BVI) Limited reserves the right of final decision in the event of any dispute.
